Shipping to the United States: ¥8,000 JPY
Shipping to all other countries and regions: Flat rate ¥3,000 JPY

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Q. Which shipping carrier do you use? Will I receive a tracking number?
Orders to the United States are shipped via DHL.
Orders to other countries and regions are shipped via Sagawa International Express or Japan Post EMS.
A tracking number will be provided for all international shipments.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

If an item is clearly determined not to be authentic, we will accept a return.
Q. Can I return or cancel my order?
Returns are accepted only within 7 days after delivery if there is a clear defect or an authenticity issue.
In such cases, NEWSED will cover the return shipping cost.
Returns for any other reason are not accepted.
